Abel was great!
I really like this location. It's convenient, it's clean and customer service has been great. But, my most recent matcha green tea and lavender latte was full of bitter green tea powder clumps that hadn't been well blended into the drink. It was such a disappointment. I had the same drink the day before from this same location, but made by a different barista, and it was blended perfectly. I’m not sure I’m spelling her name right at all, but Tiwala was awesome! She was quick, patient and super kind. There’s a few other Starbucks in this area, but I’m definitely making this one my go to. I really hope bonuses/pay raises have something to do with reviews because she definitely deserves one.
