Dismal. Not putting any care into their coffee.Paid for an add shot, NOPE DIDNT GET IT! Service was okay. Smiling in your face and robbing you behind your back.
I frequent Starbucks but not very often
They have me waiting purposely to use the restroom i ordered my coffee at 5:27 it is now 6:08 and the chick said it would be open in ten min its been 25 since i asked so they all have been aware of the situation and now they are taunting me because they know im givong them a bad review so i guess when a customer is waiting for the restroom starbucks doubles down on keeping it closed its weird but i guess they dont want me as a customer cuz all the employees were aware its crazy that the whole crew was ok with this
