I live in Roscoe and I chose to drive to this location rather than my local Starbucks. I order online through the application and my order is always ready for me. This location gets very busy and even when you can see the employees are visibly overworked they are still polite and fix any mistake made.

This is the second time I’ve ever added a drink to my pick up order, and it was the same drink. And both times they just forget to add a straw to the drink that requires a straw because it has the boba in it.
You need to get rid of the smart mouthed guy who works there. I don't need my coffee with a side of attitude but judging by the reviews no one is going to do anything about it.
