Great staff my drink was made perfect.
Mrs. Judy was very rude and her customer service was very poor with a nasty attitude. There were 3 employees behind the counter and I waited a while before anyone approached me to take my order. This isn’t the first time I have had a negative experience with Mrs. Judy. She is always rude and grumpy.
I love the staff here, they’re all so friendly and helpful, especially the morning staff! I go here every morning I work for a latte and my only complaint is the espresso machine sucks! It breaks pretty frequently, which of course is no fault of the staff, the company should do better and replace it instead of fixing one that obviously doesn’t work! It has not been working at least 4-5 times within the last week! Honestly with how busy this location can get, they ought to build an actual store🤷
Have to give a shoutout to Ansley! Didn’t have all the ingredients for the drink I was originally after, but made accommodations to replicate it as close as possible. She was so incredibly sweet and willing to do what she could to make sure I left satisfied.
