I came to this location and ordered a mint majesty tea on the mobile app. After going thru the drive thru line, I was told that they were out of it. The cashier offered me something else but I asked her to cancel my order. She informed me she could not refund me, that I would have to go thru corporate. I orders the pecan crunch cortada. I love the idea of this drink but this is the second time I had either barely noticeable or no crunch. I politely asked for a touch more (had to nag to get someone’s attention), and I got it handed to me rudely. I said thank you twice. No you’re welcome, just moving on.
I come to the Starbucks 2 to 3 days a week and despite them being extremely busy, their line moves quickly, and they never messed up my order. More importantly, they have an amazing barista there, Jayden. A conversation with Jaden lifts my morning, even more than the actual coffee. Jayden Has the absolute best energy is always remembering our previous conversations and truly cares about customers. I pass other Starbucks and make sure I go to that one specifically so I can see Jayden!
