The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. As a Starbucks employee myself, it is embarrassing to see how little these people care about customers or making drinks. A rude girl with glasses completely botched my refresher in a way I have never seen done before in my seven years of being with the company. When I asked her to at least shake it for me, she started loudly exclaiming to the barista next to her that she didn’t understand why I wanted her to shake it and why she expected me to do so. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I stopped at this mall hoping to find some Hello Kitty items on a whim and surprisingly, they had some. I bought a few things for myself and my nieces. I even ordered a sugar cookie latte just so I wouldn't be like a reseller. I already had my coffee for the day, but figured, “when in Rome.” I finished the drink in the store, even though the chairs were already stacked. I stopped by this Starbucks around 7 PM on a Wednesday night after dinner. At first, I thought they were closing since the staff was cleaning and mopping the floors, so I asked if they were closing soon. They said no, but their tone and attitude made it clear they weren’t happy about it.
