They always give me the most bitter matcha known to man they literally just opened again and the first thing I get is a bitter matcha love it here fr
I wanted to cancel my order because of the arrogant young female cashier's attitude.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I order the same drink everyday at our locations all across nyc and Jersey. Today I ordered my drink and it was made wrong, employee with glasses gave me an attitude and wasn't willing to correct my drinks which she made wrong. Demanded I pay for an extra for more cold brew, drink was pure just milk and sugar. Worst customer service I have experienced ever at a Starbucks.
