I frequent the Garden State Plaza Starbucks location often and each experience is as good or better than previous times. Why? The Baristas are amazing, Kheanni, Averi, Jasmin greet the patrons as they enter the store, many by their first names. They are engaging and make the experience what it is, which for me is 5 stars each visit. A shoutout to the store manager, Andrew who continues to hire quality individuals that meet these standards.

I was there Aug 3rd around 8 pm. I asked to the girl who took my order said “ Need matcha, lavender, and strawberry pure, I don’t know the name, can you pls give me medium size” she gave me weird looking and said “ we don’t have that” there was another unhappy girl who told her something then she start touching her screen, then she said $8.21, I said I needed medium size not large, She was moving her eyes and gave weird attitude said “ that’s the price” then I said I paid $6.66 in another location but I accepted bc they are ... read more

I’ve worked at Starbucks, and I’ve never had, or provided, such a poor experience to customers. At Starbucks we were taught to give a great “customer experience”. Today, we purchased the classic “freshly brewed coffee”, and we were served diluted hot water with brown colour. I understand that the store was out of drip coffee, that happens, but I would at least have expected a gesture : replace the coffee with the americano, as asked, free of charge. Not: refund the drip coffee and have me pay for an americano, and wait anoth... read more

Have been to many Starbucks , across the world. I must say this was the worst experience ever. Girl at counter, Refused to sell us banana bread for my toddler saying they are closing in 5 minutes so can’t warm it up ! It literally takes 30 seconds to warm up a banana bread. Showed so much attitude to us. Never going here. If you don’t want to work why get a job girl ?
