I always get the Carmel Ribbon Crunch. Most of the time its taste like a milkshake. Too much of milk rather than a coffee flavor
Thee guys have the customer service manners of a leaf. It’s non existent. You walk into the store and forget about anyone greeting you - they’re so focused on mobile orders that they don’t even see you standing on line to order in-person. I stood there once for 5 minutes with no line before they came over to help. There’s also zero consistency with mobile orders. Came between 4/23 and 4/24 great team and service.
First time here, Staff is extremely rude. They think it is wrong when they do not understand. They think they can mock the customer, worse they think it is funny to write it on the cup. Food is okay regular starbucks level (2/5) food.
