Horrible Service almost to include theft!😡 My boyfriend ordered a ham & cheese croissant, only to be told it was already given to him when he NEVER was given anything! Then when he asked about it, they told him he could pay for another one, so I told him to go back and demand his money back, the food he ordered, or you're going to call the cops for stealing his money! They then decided to make him one, and when he got it, he received the burnt one you see in the picture!! This is the rudest Starbucks we've ever encountered ... read more
The staff was great. I ordered through the app online. For some reason it went the order to Castle Rock. The manager didn't even hesitate and made the order for me with no hassle. I was blown away!
We always have a great experience here! Love the morning crew- kind and efficient!
