We come to this Starbucks every Wednesday before my daughter’s gymnastics class. It’s become one of our little traditions—we each get a special drink, and afterward she gets a treat. Recently I started ordering a scoop of strawberries in her cup of water to make it feel like she has a fun “special drink” too. Gina was wonderful this morning! So friendly, kind and just made me feel like I walked into my neighborhood Starbucks on the way to work!
Not good. The last two trips they have been out of coffee cake and today one of the drinks was awful. I don’t understand how you can make a pumpkin spice without adding the pumpkin spice? No, I didn’t go back, I didn’t have time to. I would have saved time by throwing the $10.00 bill straight into the trash. Do better.
So this was 100% the worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks location. The barista Drew was very rude, unprofessional, and entitled. I love to go places where I can get a drink or food and when I go to pay and give a tip I love to ask trivia questions to add to their tip.
