Gina was wonderful this morning! So friendly, kind and just made me feel like I walked into my neighborhood Starbucks on the way to work!
Not good. The last two trips they have been out of coffee cake and today one of the drinks was awful. I don’t understand how you can make a pumpkin spice without adding the pumpkin spice? No, I didn’t go back, I didn’t have time to. I would have saved time by throwing the $10.00 bill straight into the trash. Do better.
So this was 100% the worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks location. The barista Drew was very rude, unprofessional, and entitled. I love to go places where I can get a drink or food and when I go to pay and give a tip I love to ask trivia questions to add to their tip. Well, I could tell this young Gen Z employee didn't want to work or be there. He was irritated that I was there. I then asked 2 simple trivia questions, 1. Do you know who the vice President is? Ordered a drink and after 25 minutes of waiting for it to be made we had to leave without receiving anything. Very frustrating.
