I'm going to stop going to this location. I have been here over 5xs in the last 2 weeks and they can't get my order correct. I order a Trenta green iced tea, no water added, light ice Simple you would think. I've been handed 4 venti size, all of them had water added. Fine offer to remake it, but it comes with an attitude. I want to be able to give 5 stars to the workers that deal with hard people every day and are doing their best to their ability and training, but just had to leave a 1 star review addressing how awful the manager on duty was treating her employees and the tone they were being talken to with. So incredibly unempathetic and horrible. They should not be treated like this. Please do better.
Yesterday I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, took two sips, and threw it away. This is my favorite drink that I enjoy every day during the season, and I honestly didn’t even know it was possible to mess it up that badly. Today I decided to give them another chance and ordered two drinks and an Impossible sandwich.
