Ordered a small hot decaf coffee for my wife as she just had her sleeve surgery. Get upstairs with my drinks and its decaf americano which could of severely messed her up. I ordered a blonde latte with caramel didn't get nothing close to that. Heard the kids working there talking crap about patients in the hospital as well. Absolutely insane something needs to be done here.
I'm going to stop going to this location. I have been here over 5xs in the last 2 weeks and they can't get my order correct. I order a Trenta green iced tea, no water added, light ice Simple you would think. I've been handed 4 venti size, all of them had water added. Fine offer to remake it, but it comes with an attitude. I want to be able to give 5 stars to the workers that deal with hard people every day and are doing their best to their ability and training, but just had to leave a 1 star review addressing how awful the manager on duty was treating her employees and the tone they were being talken to with. So incredibly unempathetic and horrible. They should not be treated like this. Please do better.
