I want to be able to give 5 stars to the workers that deal with hard people every day and are doing their best to their ability and training, but just had to leave a 1 star review addressing how awful the manager on duty was treating her employees and the tone they were being talken to with. So incredibly unempathetic and horrible. They should not be treated like this. Please do better.
Yesterday I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, took two sips, and threw it away. This is my favorite drink that I enjoy every day during the season, and I honestly didn’t even know it was possible to mess it up that badly. Today I decided to give them another chance and ordered two drinks and an Impossible sandwich. I specifically customized the sandwich — asked to remove the egg and add spicy sauce — but they completely ignored my request and made it standard. Super Friendly service and fast yummy drinks! Clean and convenient in the hospital. I got the cheese and crackers for a snack because the hospital cafeteria isnt open yet and i havent eaten all day and it's so good! The cheese is fresh and the crackers are packaged separately. The dried fruit is a nice touch too. I just wish there were a couple more crackers to equal the amount of cheese lol.
