I went in to get a coffee and the lady taking my order was kind. The lady making the drinks was talking to, I can only assume, a friend/coworker who was obviously off the clock, in street clothes, hanging out by the pickup counter. It was very obviously young adult drama talk and was extremely unprofessional. I was waiting for my drink and never heard anyone call anything out.
