This starbucks is operated like the DMV; it takes forever even when using the mobile app. My boyfriend went inside to pick up my order, and right after handing him the food, he asked about the drink and they said they forgot to make it. When he handed me the drink, I was baffled at the amount of ice in the cup; it’s more they gave me coffee with my ice (that I did not ask for extra of). It’d be easier to drive to the store all the way on Northlake and back then go to the Altons.
The espresso tastes like chemicals. And now I’m convinced it actually is chemicals. I ordered an espresso over ice and some syrup in it and the syrup would keep separating from the milk and espresso… there is something not right with the Starbucks. Are they trying to kill us????
