Extremely rude staff , I tried to pay with Apple Cash and they didn’t take mine and the lady behind used the same form of payment and they take hers ? Blasphemy !!! This fiasco took 20 mins and I didn’t even get anything and my son was late to school because of it . Must say I’ve been here a few times and the only nice one was Brynn and I will never come back

This specific location is ran like a damn circus. Every time I order my drink ahead of time I still end up waiting over 25 minutes to get a wrong drink, every single time. They could fix it up make it look all fancy and nice inside but the people that work here and the management are clearly incompetent.
I paid extra for another scoop of matcha powder in my matcha because every time i order it it’s always an extremely light green. I got 5 scoops of powder in my grande and they didn’t do that because it was literally the lightest shade of green and taste like just whole milk. Matcha should be green but they play with my money and everytime they hand me a white drink with a hint of green . Never going here again for matcha!
Absolutely HATE the new chai. I have ordered chai 5 times trying to recreate the original and decided the original recipe has been bastardized! Chai has been the only thing I drink at Starbucks (1-2 times a week). THE NEW CHAI is TERRIBLE and I hate to say it - but bye bye Starbucks!
