We were served by Ayanna and she was really rude. She gave attitude and no eye contact the entire time as well as sliding our drinks to us and saying nothing. We were trying to pay for our drinks and she was speaking to a guy instead of cashing us out in a timely manner. She didn’t allow me to scan my points. Not the usual Starbucks experience!

I stopped by this Starbucks on a weekend a couple of weeks ago to grab a quick latte. I stood at the counter for several minutes and realized the “employee” was also standing there doing absolutely nothing and certainly not acknowledging me. I asked if they were ready and they basically grunted. I ordered my latte and this person continued to deliver the greatest lack of social skills and self-awareness I’ve seen in years. I’m an avid Starbucks enthusiast, however, this particular location unfortunately fell short of my expectations. Despite my high hopes, the latte I ordered was a major letdown, resembling water more than coffee with milk. The absence of that signature coffee flavor was truly disheartening.
