Horrible experience. Tried ordering from online and got charged with a $25 reload fee for trying to use a coupon that wasn’t available in-store. Never coming here again.
Our drinks are amazing!!! Nice staff, fast service.
I ordered thru drive thru. My drink was not made and what I mean by that is this drink was lik water melted as if it was sitting on the counter and they were waiting for someone to order the same drink. I also ordered my drink with oat milk and not whole milk and this drink was not it! Super disappointed. Horrible The guy this morning was not paying any attention to what he was doing. I did not get a receipt- he dropped a bunch of stuff on the ground as he handed it to me through the drive thru window. I told him a bunch of stuff you were handing me just fell on the ground, “you’re good” he said. I was not impressed at all. So are you littering all day out of your drive thru.
