Lots of baristas standing around chatting and refusing to take orders or clean tables. Had to order via app to get a drink and had to wipe down our table because all we're dirty.
I would give 20 stars for the service here if I could. I went in today to ask about a promotion that I wasn't getting my visits counted and Gary helped me find where to go for customer support. He was fantastic and should get a serious raise! Thank you Gary!
