I approached the counter to order an iced coffee, and from the start, the barista, Savannah, treated me with noticeable rudeness. When I spoke, she immediately corrected my accent with a disapproving look, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I then asked to add a few items, like creamer, and instead of simply responding, she abruptly told me there would be an additional charge — even though I hadn’t asked whether it was free or not. It’s 6:30pm but already closed! But in google maps and apple maps they open till 7pm and the lady is rude
Our favorite Starbucks, not because of the atmosphere (in the middle of Ralphs) or the coffee (like at any Starbucks), but because of the superb and friendly staff running that Starbucks. Special thanks to Eddie for getting us another „Strohhalm“.
