My friend ordered me a Grande Strawberry Creme Frappe this morning and after I drank half of it I pulled a few pieces of light/golden brown hair from my mouth that were not my own. I then noticed multiple additional pieces of hair in the cup. I am so grossed out at the lack of quality control.
