Mistake trying this particular location again..drive thru line never under 15 minutes wait. Last time drink was Not made as advertised on screen outside. I wasnt thinking today I guess so tried again. Order drink off screen asked for iced. I get this mess of a tiny drink , looks nothing like the picture and tastes worse. I ordered my regular drink, an iced PSL (no whip with pumpkin cold foam). I paid using my Starbucks app. I used my points and whatever was left on my Starbucks card on the app. I waited for my drink. Waited I20 minutes for the wrong coffe, I ordered a Brown Sugar Latte with oatmilk. They forgot the Brown Sugar and Cinnamon. I informed them it did not taste like a Brown Sugar Latte and they saw it was not entered as a Brown Sugar Latte. Of course, I am not in good mood after waiting for 20 minutes not knowing it would take that long. And all they could say would you like me to add Brown Sugar.
