the blonde girl is really mean for some reason… everyone else is nice!!
They made me a sweet vanilla cream cold brew, and I could tell by the color it wasn't right, but I thought I'll try it anyway. Came back 15 minutes later and told them I didn't like it. WITH OUT HESITATION! The guy dumped it and said, "How can I make it right?" Ladies and gentlemen, that is customer service. I don't know their names, but they were working 12-15-24. It's hard to find that level of service, but when you find it, It needs to be recognized.
I know what starbucks drinks are supposed to taste like because I work at a different one and these baristas do NOT make them right. I get a strawberry acai lemonade with peach juice and I don’t even know what they did wrong because nothing tasted right. I asked them to remake it, saying it tasted watered down and when I got it again it tasted the exact same. I’ve heard that the baristas are not trained properly at target so I assume thats why.
