Ordered an iced lavender oatmilk latte through the drive thru, and the lady gave me a matcha latte. Also ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, first she gave me one with oatmilk (didn’t order that), than another one with no milk (I didn’t order that either). Terrible service!! Other than that, food was cold
Stopped otw to work since I was already late. Ordered a nitro cold brew and a spicy falafel pocket because I don't eat meat. I get to work and start eating it and notice something is off. Then I see label and it says jalapeño chicken pocket. I already ate more than half smh. How do you mess that up?
They are very slow, I ordered my iced coffee before anyone that left b4 me,and I still received my iced coffee last 🤔
