I come here every morning and I get a small dark roast coffee, filled halfway, when I’m finished with that, I get the other half (so that way I don’t spill any on me). I thought the customer was always right. I guess I was wrong. Joselyn(supervisor) rudely refused to refill half of my cup which I already paid for. I guess I won’t be coming back to this location anymore.

I haven't found such good coffee in a long time, I'm going back.
I was really disappointed with the staff when I asked for a cup of water around 7:45 PM tonight. Their staff told me I had to make a purchase first, which was shocking. I’m a regular customer at this location, and even Sara, the manager, knows me. The most shocking part was that the staff laughed at me as I walked out of the store in front of their customers. I felt humiliated. Because of this experience, I’ve decided I won’t be returning to Starbucks. I’ll be taking my business to elsewhere from now on—they’ll appreciate it... read more
