Tamareya was wonderful. We are from out of town. She was patient polite and sweet for the fact she dealt with a bunch of my questions and answered them such as if this was a legit Starbucks that takes the points (bcuz some places aren’t a legit) thank you girl for putting up with us. You’re doing an amazing job much appreciate it! Keep it up girl!
Loved it
I visited this morning and really appreciated how hard the staff member was working to take care of everyone on her own. She stayed polite, patient, and did her best to manage a busy rush, which I truly admire. However, it seemed overwhelming for just one person to handle so many customers at once, and it did lead to longer wait times. I hope more staff can be scheduled during busy hours to help things run more smoothly.

I really wanted to love this place, because it's Starbucks, but this is the lowest tier Starbucks I've ever been to. If anyone has time to go into the details of why? feel free to reach out, but let's just say the staff needs to be re-trained or they need to bring in a whole new team! While everyone was bare minimum polite and barely acknowledged that there were people waiting. The quality of drinks and food items were trash.
