The staff at this airport location are rude and have poor customer service, specially the guy that was on the cash register.
Well, I got a very bad experience after waiting on line, I place my order told the cash register lady for 2 bagels, 3 coffees, and 1 sandwich, Brian was making the bagel and the sandwich, so he give me a sandwich, no bagel, so I wait and wait, I told Brian that I was missing the bagels, he said no, there is no bagel in your order, so I show him the receipt he told me there is only one bagel, meanwhile I have a cold sandwich in my hand and still waiting for Brian, to do everyone else sandwich, so I when to paid for the second... read more
When I say this, Starbucks is truly giving itself a bad name. I place in order on the app and it was handed to me incorrectly. When I informed the young man who gave me the wrong food item, he brushes me off, made no effort to fix the issue, and even had an attitude about it. It was obvious he didn’t want to be at work, but taking out frustration on customers is unacceptable. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
