Alicia it's one that has to find other the place to work with better actitud.
Alecia provided horrible customer service. Read all reviews cause they're extremely accurate.... The customer service is a 0. And they need to either rehire, retrain or simple close down. Never returning, disgusted.

STAY AWAY from this starbucks. The fact I NEVER write reviews about any restaurant or estsblishments should speak volumes. Waited over 30 minutes for my drink, and never even received it because I needed to board. There were about 7 to 10 employees standing around on their phones, talking, or just staring blankly at the wall. When I asked if my drink was on the way after 20 minutes or so, they looked me dead in the eyes and said they already sent it out, the drink must've gotten lost.... i've never been so baffled at custome... read more
I had an issue with my order during a recent visit. I received the wrong drink and returned with my electronic receipt to have it corrected. While the staff did replace the drink, they discarded the original one without asking if I wanted to keep it, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the mix-up. The interaction felt a bit impersonal. Given that I spent $16 on a refresher and a small coffee, I expected a slightly more considerate experience.
