Awful
Great coffee, as always, friendly staff. Unfortunately the lines are absolutely insane, but is to be expected. It's just waiting in that line with a bunch of sleep deprived, weary travelers who have been waiting over 30 minutes for their morning coffee is an uncomfortable situation. 😱🤣🤣

Charlene was so rude to my family and I! She had attitude from the beginning to the point that we asked her. If she was angry, and she said, no, that's the way her face rests. After continuously being rude, we asked to speak to the manager. When another co-worker told her to just ignore us, we have requested for the manager multiple times and they refused to get the manager.
