Pathetic service at drive through. Staff member reacted rudely when I simply asked for a straw for my iced pumpkin matcha (which she should have offered without me asking). Not a friendly experience at all and won’t visit next time.
I love to go to Starbucks anyway but I was definitely looking for Snoopy everybody sold out
I placed an online order for my coffee and used the time arrival method instead asap because I knew I wouldn’t be there asap when i arrive I was about 2mins early and the lady at the drive through was giving me a big attitude that it was barely placed on her side and was making a big deal and telling me I should of used asap even though I knew I placed time for arrival because I was busy at the moment. terrible attitude to have at a drive through over something small
Chill..
