I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch, and asked for it hot as I’ve done at several other Starbucks with no problems. When they gave it to me they only said it comes as cold and has never been hot. This would have been nice to be told before I ordered, that you didn’t know how to do it hot. No offer to make a different drink or to make it right, just attitude from the drink maker. The pumpkin spice latte was disgusting. It tasted of soap and was overpriced. If you want a better PSL just drink dishwater.
