I waited for 15 minutes for my order, no one even acknowledged me! I had to ask where it was and they hadn’t even started it yet! Terrible customer service and the food is lousy on top of it!! Stay away!! Milford location is better run and way better customer service!!
I didn’t get the guy’s name. He was dark skin & very nice and fast. It was today, August 7, 2026 at 4:20 PM. he made the best Starbucks drink drinks. My daughter and I had ever had my whole life. I even sent my daughter back in to give him more tip$ if I had more money on me, I would’ve definitely gave him an easy $20 tip he’s very polite fast and literally gave us the best drink that we’ve had from Starbucks. Thank you. I wish I got his name.!!!!
My biggest issue is the coffee was cold
Unbelievably long waits. 20 minutes for an iced coffee when it was busy and 15 minutes when it was not.
