Unbelievably long waits. 20 minutes for an iced coffee when it was busy and 15 minutes when it was not.
Not an independent store located in a department store.
Me & 2 other people were waiting in line for over 10 minutes while workers were in the back joking around we all just walked off & gave up smh
I tried to call this location a few times. They never pick up they’re phones and if they do, they hang up on you.
