"The staff are not well-trained. Twice now, they have made my order incorrectly. When you point it out, they just say, 'Oh, I thought you said something else,' and start making faces or laughing for no reason. You can't even order through the app. I scanned for points and it didn't update, so I asked for a receipt, but they told me they couldn't print one because other orders were placed after mine. If you don't know how to do something, just say so and get proper training."
