I usually order the same drink every time, and it’s easy to tell when the employees are attentive versus when they’re just going through the motions. I don’t understand how such simple orders can be messed up. I specifically ordered a banana nut bread, warmed, but it was handed to me as if it had just come straight out of the package. For my drink, I asked for a Venti Peach Green Tea Lemonade with two extra shots of classic sweetener/syrup, but it was completely watered down. I had many issues before but I try to be patient and understanding especially since their staff are student workers at a fast food coffee shop. However today was the last straw for me. I've made a pick up order for a refersher on the starbuck app in the student center in-between my class for a pick me up. I waited 20mins for my order while people after me are walking out.
