Placed an online order. Arrived about 5 minutes after it was stated to be ready. No order at the counter which was fine, but the barista seemed irritated she had to help us. First she couldn't find the order. I ran back to my vehicle and grabbed my phone to show her. She ignored me for a few minutes before even looking at my phone. She reiterated she had no record of that order but started making it, asking repeatedly what the order was (it was one drink).
