Compared to the Starbucks around the city, this one is the worst. The customer service is awful (I used to go frequently) they mess up the most simple orders they do not read the labels. I do order ahead on the app and it baffles me how often they get a simple hot chocolate order wrong.
This is inside of a target. Not a drive through.
*Target location* I asked the employees if I could load my app with cash and they were completely dumbfounded. One told me no, the other said they don't accept cash. It was a total mess and they had no idea what was going on.
