This location is big on customer service! Huge thank you to Pyper for always having a shining personality and warm smile. A great start to my day is my espresso to begin my morning but to have a caring barista is a 10 in my book! Having genuine customer care is sought after and the message on my cup makes it an excellent experience as well.

I visited this location today to order a drink for my daughter. While placing the order, I mentioned that it was for her. The barista responded by saying, “I hope she likes it,” and then immediately told me that she personally hated the drink, even though she likes chai. I asked whether I could exchange it if my daughter didn’t like it, and I was told that if the drink was made correctly, they would not refund it or make another one.
