I’ve been coming to this location for years and have spent a lot of money here with friends. Today, August 10th 2025, at 9:30 PM ( night shift ) There was one white girl, one black guy, and I’m not sure about the other girl. The white girl at the store was SO RUDE and MEAN and made a completely wrong order. This place is usually great, but I don’t know what kind of staff they are hiring now.
The white girl on the night shift (August 10th, 2025) was incredibly condescending, rude, and mean. I’ve been a regular client here for years, but I will never return because of her behavior.
I ordered a summer berry refresher and sadly they were out of popping pearls. The barista said she could use a raspberry liquid instead. It was delicious. I don’t know what exactly she used but it had the same taste as the pearls. I just wish Starbucks would keep the refreshers all year. ❤️
I went back and I'm changing my review from 1 star back up to 5. This time around, the wait staff were excellent. They quickly and courteously took care of two people in line ahead of me, and I got the same quick and courteous treatment when I was up in the queue. My 4 shot espresso was served up in a timely manner and it tasted quite good. I do miss the old style of tables chairs, and counters this location used to have. Most Starbucks have been revamped/updated. It is much more utilitarian now.
