If I could leave a zero I would. I made a $24.29 purchase for one drink, 2 sandwiches and a slice of cake on 12/21. When I got up the street I realized there was a crack in the drinking part of my lid and my drink wasn’t made with soy milk as requested. As I was on my way to an event, I called back and spoke with a manager. I was told my $6+ drink would be replaced upon my return.
