Very nice employees i literally just left with my girlfriend this place is the only place that made my vanilla bean frap with the perfect viscosity it’s sooo good and my girlfriend always gets a strawberry matcha and we rarely even see other Starbucks put the strawberry purée but this location did! Now that’s how you make a strawberry matcha right, very nice employees this was the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had!
Amethyst was running the show on her own I’ll give her that but getting my order 30 minutes later defeats the purpose of a mobile order to save time. Especially when we are making others orders before starting the one that has been waiting…
I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this visit was a letdown. I ordered two drinks, and both tasted off—either the recipe wasn’t followed correctly or the ingredients weren’t fresh. To make things worse, the barista was not friendly at all. No greeting, no effort, just a rushed and indifferent attitude. Name tag: Gilbert or so.. my past time was a very nice lady barista.. Went to this Starbucks for a drink and sandwich. Stood there for GILBERT to take my order. GILBERT was so busy on his phone that he never noticed me. I had to inform him that I was there in order for him to look up. GILBERT has bad costumer service. This behavior will make this Starbucks loose out on money.
