Waited over 15 minutes for my food. Saw people who ordered after me, get their orders before me. I went up and they never even started my order, i asked for a refund and im not even sure that worked. All i known was that my lunch was completely wasted and they don’t know how to do their job.
I don’t often go to Starbucks for coffee but I stop here and everything was just as you would expect expect. The staff was very friendly.
Quick service and they got the order right.
Unless you order using the app they will; forget your order, your name, or (in my case) both. Walk a little bit further on UNMC campus and go the shop in BCC.
I understand everyone has off days but the lady working the register tonight was very rude. I walked up to place an order and she immediately sighs and makes zero eye contact while pretending I’m not standing right in front of her. I just ended up leaving.
