Unless you order using the app they will; forget your order, your name, or (in my case) both. Walk a little bit further on UNMC campus and go the shop in BCC.

I understand everyone has off days but the lady working the register tonight was very rude. I walked up to place an order and she immediately sighs and makes zero eye contact while pretending I’m not standing right in front of her. I just ended up leaving.

My order is wrong more times than right. A few times I had to remind them about my order while waiting. I’ve tried to hope for better experiences each time. I think I am done with this location now.

I wish I could give zero stars. Wait in line for five minutes and wait for five minutes to pick up. All we ordered is a Danish that they had to microwave. Horrible overpriced service. I hate Starbucks.

Drinks meet the bare minimum, and service is awful. I will visit on my breaks and it is the biggest waste of my time and money. Everyone works like it is their first day on the job. They have plenty of staff and long wait times because they have zero sense of urgency. I usually see 3-4 baristas whenever I go and a very small amount of customers. No one seems qualified to actually work in a cafe. They’ve forgotten my order on multiple occasions and I usually spend half of my break waiting for a drink. Today I waited 18 minute... read more
