Seeing a lot of the same comments about the same staff being very rude and unfriendly. Clearly the ladies there don’t want to be there and they don’t hide it. I am always disappointed and I don’t know why I go back thinking it’ll be better the next time. This time my espresso was SO burnt and the drink tasted spoiled. My husband ordered iced and I noticed she put in hot. She said the drink came with 5 pumps when he asked for less pumps of syrup. Our barista was very unfriendly, very poor attitude. She didn’t even greet us, she just was like “what can I get for you?” In a mad voice.
