Baristas are always so nice! extremely convient location. however I ordered an iced drink with no ice (annoying I know, but it's too hot for a hot drink and ice gives me headaches) and I received ice in my drink :( luckily I noticed it and was able to give it to my friend but it was a little disappointing. accidents happen I know, so I'm not too upset.
Cashier was nice but barista seemed standoffish. Ordered a Hot Caramel Macchiato with Oat Milk & heard the cashier mention “oh it’s oat milk” meaning the barista was about to use the wrong milk + once it was done I saw it was iced. Was not worth it for me to correct at that point. The label they put on the drink reads exactly how ordered but was not made that way. I am from Seattle so I have high standards for coffee but without even taste in the factor it was just made wrong.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. The staff were rude, and I won't be coming back.
