I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. The staff were rude, and I won't be coming back.
Asked for a latte hazelnut Venti iced coffee. They gave me a shaken espresso, I let them know that that’s not what I asked for and the girl at the cash register asked me “you didn’t ask for an espresso shake?” Excuse me, why are you even arguing with me just say oh I’m sorry and make the coffee correctly and if you read it back to the customer like you’re supposed to do, you wouldn’t have mistakes but between the African-American girl at the cash register and the other lady that makes the coffee not talking to each other it’... read more
Super unfriendly staff ! Rude and don’t look like she wants to be there
The same to workers who worked on Jan 13 at 11am the Caucasian one I tell them add cookie crumble she goes do you want sprinkles I said no cookie crumble she says it’s the same thing and continues with sprinkles when I tell her this isn’t cookie crumble she goes that’s what the sugar cookie comes with as if I don’t know, and proceeds to have an attitude as I tell her to add cookie crumble I understand bad days but if you don’t like your job quit cause it’s not that serious for the establishment to continue having her as an e... read more
Don't waste your time or money here. This is my second time coming here and dealing with the same rude and unfriendly worker. She doesn't bother to say hello or even speak. On today's visit she was on her phone again and didn't bother cleaning her hands before making our drinks. Her behavior is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for Starbucks and Meijer. I won't be going back.
