All I asked for was a Carmel Macchiato, warm - not hot. Written on the cup as “Carmel Macchiato, warm”. So why when I took a sip 15 minutes after getting it did I BURN my tongue? If I could give 0 stars I would, just terrible.
I never purchase food there but I love the chai tea and caramel crunch.
Ordered two matcha lattes. They taste like pure milk w cold foam 🤣 Starbucks did me dirty.
I literally watched the grossest thing ever happen here yesterday there was two females working the front dealing with peoples food and a customer came through the drive through with a dog and both of them let the dog lick all over the palm of their hands and proceeded to go back to touching food🤮🤮🤮 both of them need to be fired I will never come back again totally unacceptable!!!
