The staff weren’t so welcoming but the place was pretty nice. It has outside patio as well. But the service was not great. It took more than 10 minutes to get my drink while there was no rush. I got the iced white mocha with strawberry cream foam. The drink was okayish.
613 am the two guys were nice and courtesy then the girl showed up with quite the attitude. I asked for creamer but had to pour a little out (into the trash) and she responded. “I could’ve poured it out for you.” As I went back over to the station to put in sugar and stir, she made a point to come empty a garbage that was empty. As a manager, you’re wasting a trash bag, time and lost a customer. Every napkin counts, every trash bag counts. You don’t need to empty a trash bag that has nothing in it. First time trying cappuccino not good at all was gross sorry..
Really bad service today they make me wait wait mints in drive through and it’s disrespectful to others time I can tell also when you complain to manger about the drink not good or it’s wrong she will be rude and she can’t solve the problem just make you walk away disappointed
