The server was kind, I got the strawberry matcha
Two for two bad service two days in a row. First round with only a few customers, it took 25 minutes to get drip coffee. Second round they refused to rinse my Starbucks branded Starbucks purchased Starbucks mug. Location in council bluffs by target makes no fuss and they're fast every time 4 days in a row
10 minutes to get my coffee order. the workers need to divide their attention between drive through and counter customers. Training needed here.
I walked into the Starbucks on 72nd Street today with my service dog to grab a quick Ollipop because I’m diabetic and my glucose was extremely low. Instead of being treated with common decency, I was met with outright rudeness. The attendant at the register had the audacity to tell me to leave because of my dog.
