I just wanted to share some feedback to raise awareness. I ordered oat milk for my drink, but on both occasions even after the first mistake I was given regular milk instead. I have a sensitivity to dairy, so this caused a facial reaction for me. I made sure to request oat milk clearly twice while placing order and at the drive through window, confirming non dairy due to sensitivity and while I know mistakes happen, I just wanted to mention it so extra care can be taken with milk alternatives. Adequate. Service was good but wait kind of long.
I ordered a cold brew coffee with sweet vanilla cold foam. The cold foam wasn't sweet and the coffee tasted bitter like it was old.
