The past few months anytime I go here my order is wrong. I ask for a hot drink they give me iced and when I approach the error. They give me an attitude like I was in the wrong for asking them to make my drink right. It’s unfortunate the gentleman that works the window is selective on kindness and providing customer service.
We got the brown sugar latte and matcha with strawberry cold foam. Honestly they both were good. Definitely coming back
Thankfully, I knew what I wanted. Ordering was a breeze, and by the time I paid, my order was ready. Speedy and pleasant staff!
