I ordered a medium hot matcha latte with oat milk and added strawberry purée because I was really looking forward to that flavor combination. Unfortunately, when I got my drink, the strawberry purée was completely missing. The matcha itself was good, but without the purée it wasn’t what I had ordered or expected. I hope the team pays a little more attention to custom orders in the future, especially when customers are paying extra for add-ins. When I order a Venti… repeat twice its Venti size that I want & Pay for a Venti I expect a Venti !!! Nope, got a grande and they tried to say I never said venti but my mother was with me (she doesn’t drink Starbucks) and heard me multiple times say Venti- it was not a language barrier because I spoke Spanish AND English in there perfectly fine. The staff here are really friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable . From the moment you walk in, you feel treated with kindness and respect, and that always leaves a great impression. On top of that, the service is super fast , so you don’t have to wait long at all to get what you need.
