Barista taking my order was friendly. I was disappointed in my drink though. I ordered my usual caramel latte and what I received was not even close to it. My cup was only little over half full, which makes me think that the barista making the drink forgot half of the ingredients. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my drink until after I left the store so I ended up throwing it out.
The 5200 N May location has the kindest staff that go out of their way for a one of a kind customer experience. I was sitting in the lobby with my mom after a serious Christmas shopping spree when a customer mistakenly ordered the wrong drink. She politely asked for the hot drink to be poured over ice but instead the barista crafted a brand new drink. The customer continued to state that it wasn’t necessary but the barista kept saying, “Absolutely no bother at all. Pouring over ice just won’t taste right.” I was so impressed... read more
