The 5200 N May location has the kindest staff that go out of their way for a one of a kind customer experience. I was sitting in the lobby with my mom after a serious Christmas shopping spree when a customer mistakenly ordered the wrong drink. She politely asked for the hot drink to be poured over ice but instead the barista crafted a brand new drink.
