I’ve given this location 3 chances. Espresso is always bitter and burnt tasting. Customer service is always bad, but today, lady in a hood said one thing to me, the price, and that’s all. No response to me asking for a straw, no response to my thank you. From browsing reviews, this is common from her. This should probably be addressed.

The person who took our drive through order was nice but the woman with a hijab at the window was very rude for no reason. Definitely should not be working customer service with an attitude like that. Our coffees were also terrible but that’s been the usual at Starbucks. Don’t plan to spend a dime at Starbucks again after this
