This location is always so busy but they work hard to get your orders out. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. When I went inside to pick up my mobile order, there were probably about a dozen people also waiting for their orders too. I was nervous that my order wasn’t going to be ready. Get coffee from Chick-fil-A instead, they will let you use the bathroom for free
Management needs to properly staff this place. Three people to run two registers (drive thru and walk in) and make all the drinks, when it's busy and hot so everyone is ordering frappe smoothies which take longer to make is unacceptable. Three overwhelmed and depressed baristas is a bad look. Pay these ppl more
