I don't really go to Starbucks because all I think about is coffee etc. which I am not a fan of. However, I visited this location 3 days ago. I had a gift card that a student had given me and remembered that Starbucks has breakfast sandwiches. The restaurant was packed with merchandise and I did not see the sandwiches. I inquired and the gentleman at the front register pointed them out to me. I was going to get the spinach and feta wrap or flatbread, but the sandwiches are pre-made so I could not add chicken. “I was at Starbucks, trying to order at the drive-through, but the guy couldn’t understand me and had a big attitude, laughing when I said I was going to go inside. He even made a joke with the others around him. I will never come back to this place— if English is not your first language, don’t even bother to shop there!
Really bad Service took 25 minutes to get the wrong drink and them another 15 to get it Right... that's how you broke your business
