I am not a person that typically does this but the past couple visits my order has been wrong . Typically not a big deal but I pre ordered on the app so I can just pick up and head to my destination. Almost never a bad experience at any Starbucks. Even some license stores.
Every time I come through the drive thru here my order is fresh, made correctly, and ready to go!
I ordered a hot caramel cappuccino. It looks like they made a mistake and gave me a hot chocolate. I didn't realize it until I was halfway through. I realized it tasted like chocolate.
