⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After having a few disappointing experiences at other Starbucks locations in the area, this one has become my go-to coffee shop. The partners here are consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient. No matter how busy they are, they always seem to provide great customer service and make the experience enjoyable. The place is clean. People are nice and food is good. The problem is I don’t know why … but literally every time I order here my drink is messed up. I have 3 small kids so I usually order it for delivery so pay extra which I’m willing to do for convenience. I order and iced latte with 2 pumps vanilla And 2 extra espresso shots. The extra shots are $1.50 each. 99% of the time it either only has 2 espresso shots so they forget the additional 2. so it’s really white and milky. :/ Or they forget my 2 pumps of syrup…but I’m not s... read more
Employees like to argue with you about why you’re wrong on simple drink recipes. Only location I’ve had issues with. Save your time and money by avoiding this location.
The employees argue with you and tell you why you’re wrong about how you prefer your drink made. Hey for $6 you get a $2 drink and $4 worth of advice! Will not be back.
I pay for a big one and they gave me a small one. Im not coming back just because a dude was frustrated that was at the cash register. He knew was he was doing They lost my service. I was having trouble with my debit card.
