I work at Louie’s right by the target/starbucks and have been going in a few times here and there for morning coffee and the employees are so awesome!!! They’re nice and friendly and my drink is the best I’ve had from any Starbucks in the metro area. Love this location!!

This was supposed to be a drizzle of caramel 🤦🏽♀️ Normally my order is great. Now I’m just drinking caramel sauce in my white chocolate mocha frappe.
I've been here a total of 4 times, each time I bought on my app for free refills and the workers were very rude. Did not like the free refill policy, tried to tell me it wasn't a thing everytime, and then proceeded to say we are not supposed to let you change the drink from anything to an acceptable free refill. Which of corse is in the fine print on the app. I offered to bring up the app to prove I wasn't scaming them and they got flustered and hurriedly snached my cup to get me out of the way.
