I usually order a Pink Drink with strawberry purée and ask for hardly any ice. This time, it came out tasting like watery coconut milk. When I politely asked for it to be remade, the staff was visibly rude, rolled their eyes, and remade it with a lot of attitude. I don’t recommend ordering from this location—if I had known it would be such a big deal just to get my drink right, I would’ve gone somewhere else.
Wild how to says closes at 8 pm, yet I'm standing here at 6:43 pm to a very closed starbucks. As I've stood here there's been 3 other groups walk up expecting to be able to get a drink. Maybe hire staff who can keep the store open the full operational hours.
Super long wait, just for my drink to taste like milk. TERRIBLE SERVICE. A customer asks if a done drink was theirs and the worker replies with “I don’t know”. Don’t go to this Starbucks. Waste of money and time.
They always make my favorite drink perfectly each time, and are always very nice. I am greatful for their service.
Always just one person working alone at busiest times. Especially Saturday mornings! Every week I do my shopping. Every week the poor person working is overwhelmed.
