Es war nicht so viel los, aber es war nur eine Mitarbeiterin, die leicht überfordert wirkte mit Bestellungen aufnehmen und die Getränke zubereiten. Die Gäste nach uns sind sogar gegangen, weil sie so lange warten mussten bis die Bestellung überhaupt aufgenommen wird. Wir haben ungelogen ca. 40 min auf unseren Kaffee gewartet, die Barista hat sich auch entschuldigt, aber die Wartezeit ist unangemessen.
The baristas NEED training, drinks from this location are awful! We all know what we are paying for these drinks, have some pride and make sure every drink is up to the Starbucks standard.
Ashton was very sweet and kind!!! Speedy and customer service was 10/10. Have a great Christmas
