They put the drink to the side they aren’t asking if you there for a pick up there’s no sign for pick up only. My drink was watered down and didn’t get the extra ice I asked for. I was sitting there for 20mins waiting.
Maybe 1-2 times a week I get to work and my drink is missing something tired of driving back to get it fixed no brown sugar syrup added makes my drink so plane, may have to to reroute my drive to work to a new location.
I just wanted to share my experience at this location. I was having a really hard time and went through the drive through to order. This amazing young lady noticed I was crying and gave me the most beautiful words of advice. I really needed to hear what she said to me. She took care of my order and has the most beautiful heart for people. I hope she sees this and I appreciate you! Thank you for being the angel I needed at that moment.
