Had a great experience with the team at Starbucks in Will Rogers World Airport. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made my stop feel easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend grabbing a drink or snack here—you’ll leave with a smile!
The young man at the register this morning was so personable and friendly I watched him compliment everyone in line and just really had a generous personality!!! I hope you show appreciation to an employee that was a breath of fresh air in a busy terminal.
Google says they open at 4am. Stood around til 430am and they still hadn't opened, no lights on. Eventually someone pops their head out says mobile orders only. So I stood in line 30+ minutes to still have 15 people get their coffees before because I didn't do my mobile order first. At least put a sign out. I know multiple people ended up not getting coffees because they were going to miss their flights. Frustrating.
Not open when it’s 30 minutes after opening time. Not going to be able to get coffee before my flight.
According to the app, they open at 4 a.m., but when I got there, no staff showed up. I waited for 30 minutes, and they still didn’t open. It was a waste of my time.
