Unprofessional I cannot believe the manager lets their employees make tick tock videos and play on their phones when customer needs help ordering their stuff then we got to sit there for 20 minutes when are playing on it
Rude staff, very unwelcoming! Not sure who she was on the register maybe the manager? She had curly hair older lady she was VERY condescending she shouldn’t be working if she hates her job.
The team was awesome! Their service was exceptional and the products I purchased were made efficiently and correctly although they were swarmed with customers. I am a diabetic so they ensured them informed me of all sugars that were contained in the drink I requested. They were also very attentive.
Came in today after a long layover and needed a pick me up. While my daughter made google eyes at the barista, I accidentally ordered my drink wrong and after telling my daughter it wasn’t right, T came and made sure it was corrected and that I was happy before we left. Love starbies!
