Worst Starbucks!!! Came to EXCITINGLY redeem my BIRTHDAY drink and since I was having trouble on the app, I asked nicely if they can help. I was patient because I wanted to try a new drink order so I didn’t mind at all!! I saw my recipe and saw they didn’t put extra cold foam and light ice or extra drizzle or extra anything that I originally put …..I know it’s not that deep but I at least wanted the extra cold foam is for a macchiato (which can be strong) so can sweeten it up to my liking!
