Do not drive there as a traveller, it’s in a military base. You will be detained for information verification as a foreigner (non us citizen). The guys at the checkpoint were really nice though, but if you don’t want to go through the hassle avoid driving to this location
Andre was excellent. Very professional hustling everywhere he went behind the bar.
The girls working at this location are so extremely rude. At this point, we drive the 10 minutes off base just to avoid this place because the service is so awful. Only great person there is Andre. My wife and I have both watched the girls be rude to him too. When we went today, they messed up our drink order, I just wanted a refund and they made it so extremely hard. I just gave up and let it go. Ridiculous.
Rude servers turned their back when my guest was in line to order, then took the order of the customers behind her. I need to call the owner. It's a privilege to have a business on base. Go to the one on Neptune and take notes on how to have great customer service to All people.
