Every time I go there, the staff is so slow in getting your order done. If you've got places to be, you wont make it on time with these workers. I've had times where I've waited over 10 minutes (when there's no line) just for them to finally say their ready to take my order! Active duty need to be on time for their jobs, and these workers just hang around pretending their busy when there's literally no line of people. The girls working at this location are so extremely rude. At this point, we drive the 10 minutes off base just to avoid this place because the service is so awful.
A couple weeks ago I ordered (on the app) an iced white mocha and they gave it to my husband hot so I made him take it back in cause I don't like hot coffee and they remade it fine right? And then today I ordered the same and they made it hot again but he already knew it was supposed to be iced so he told them and they "remade" it but this time I legit just have an iced espresso with milk in it. Made me and my wife late for work due to taking our money and making us wait over half an hour for just 2 coffee’s won’t be coming back here highly don’t recommend unless you enjoy unusually long wait times..
