If I were the general manager or operator of this location I would seriously reconsider employing Jennesis!! Extremely poor attitude, rudeness, and generally not someone I want touching my food. This location doesn’t warm up your food either, and drinks that are supposed to be hot are lukewarm at best. Rebecca was friendly until Jennesis came in for her shift, and then she starting yapping at Rebecca and they both were ignoring customers rolling eyes and giving attitude. Epitome of the gen Z stare working at this location.
There are not enough words to express how I feel about this location. All of the staff members provide excellent customer service. Brionna and Indira have literally turned my whole day around more than once❤️I used to find it inconvenient to not be able to order on the app for this location but now I am so thankful because it is literally a whole vibe every time. Thank you so much for all you do.. #Carmel
