I order the same exact cold brew every morning. Almost every morning it comes out differently. It’s better than Dunkin and I can order ahead so I’ll give it 4 stars
I asked for a Venti cup of ice water and the lady told me "I could do a tall cup". I bet if I went in drive through you would've given me whatever I wanted without issue. Especially service marine/service member families y'all need to be NICE. It's just water.
Update : again no matter how many times I complain , I don’t know if your employees don’t know how to read , can’t follow instructions or really just don’t care . Has happened another 6 times since my last complaint and once again today 6/22. My frustration is , it’s something so simple that we ask NO CHEESE & somehow it’s impossible to get done . Took FOREVER and it tastes like sour milk :/ will never come to this SB again. May even request a refund.
Not a good Starbucks. Ordered a nitro cold brew and the Coffee tasted like it was from a pot that had been sitting out for multiple days. Very sour. Barista questioned why I would want an exchange/refund. Do not recommend getting coffee here. Go to Dunkin’.
