I am a daily Starbucks customer. I always order the same hot coffee with extra cream on side and 4 Splenda. Never an issue. One day the lead was rude when I asked for more cream and said it was additional charge. I asked if it was a problem and he said "yeah sort of." I never got my cream and I left. I did call customer service and a district manager called me a week later. He too was rude. What's up stsrbucks. We pay high price for your coffee. You would think you could be a little more accommodating.

I just edited my review on 9/5 as I feel the person in charge of this place should be changed. I had again a bad experience. Ordered online and order should be ready in 5 min. I arrived 10 minutes later order not started even though no other customers. She made me the drink and instead of salted carmel for matcha added liquid carmel..crazy, she did me a new drink and there were more foam than drink and instead of carmel added cinnamon. This morning I walked in craving a vanilla cold brew and there were two ladies in front having a PERSONAL conversation to themselves; the one who was talking just looked at me and said “You order down there and pointed to the register” I smiled and walked to the register. She continued to have a conversation with the other older lady (2 mid 50 year olds) And never said A WORD or a GOOD MORNING, ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU TO ME.
