The barista is very dismissive, has poor customer service skills, and provides a terrible experience (especially early in the morning). My son and I waited almost 10 minutes just to be acknowledged...we were the only ones there!!! She just continued to walk around cleaning. Very rude.

10/16/2025, I visited the Starbucks located inside Pick ’n Save on 76th and Cold Spring. When I approached the counter, the staff member had her head down writing. I said “hello” several times without any response. After my third attempt, she finally responded with, “What can I get for you,” in a tone that felt dismissive, as if I was interrupting her. I am a daily Starbucks customer. I always order the same hot coffee with extra cream on side and 4 Splenda. Never an issue. One day the lead was rude when I asked for more cream and said it was additional charge. I asked if it was a problem and he said "yeah sort of." I never got my cream and I left. I did call customer service and a district manager called me a week later. He too was rude. What's up stsrbucks. We pay high price for your coffee. You would think you could be a little more accommodating.
